Booking conditions:
Minimum booking is 5 nights. Every person is required to provide a passport copy, as per cantonal regulations.
Tenant will receive a rental agreement, which needs to be returned, signed (PDF copy with signature)
Prices are:
99 CHF/night for 1 person, each additional person 10 chf / night+ 35 CHF for the final cleaning fee
Payments can be made in CHF/€ to the Swiss bank account (exchange rate of the day according to xe.com) or via PayPal (+5%). There is a returnable caution (500 CHF) which will be requested at the time of booking. Caution will be returned 48 h after stay, if there was no damages / accidents.
