Description:

An incredible room equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dedicated workspace features an office chair and a clever fold-out bed with plenty of shelving. The mattress size is 180 x 90 cm. Believe it or not, this room even includes its own wall-mounted washing and drying machine—a rarity in Switzerland. After washing, laundry can be hung on extendable drying wires.

A full-size fold-out table provides access to the crockery. The room is equipped with an induction cooktop for preparing full meals, as well as a microwave and an air fryer to support various cooking needs. You’ll also find a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a TV with Amazon Prime (guests may log in to their own streaming services). Private WIFI included.

Additional amenities include an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, cutlery, sieve, cutting board, extra knives, and basic spices and salt. Fan at your disposal.

There is a sink inside the room, while the bathroom and toilet are shared with other residents, mostly students. Quality of the bathroom is independent of the listing – owners do not agree to renovate.

Please note: There is no private parking. The nearest public parking is approximately 500 meters away.

Minimum booking is 5 nights. Every person is required to provide a passport copy, as per cantonal regulations.
Tenant will receive a rental agreement, which needs to be returned, signed (PDF copy with signature)

Prices are:

59 CHF/night for 1 person + 35 CHF for the final cleaning fee

Payments can be made in CHF/€ to the Swiss bank account (exchange rate of the day according to xe.com) or via PayPal (+5%). There is a returnable caution (150 CHF) which will be requested at the time of booking. Caution will be returned 48 h after stay, if there was no damages / accidents.

Règles de la chambre / Room Rules:

1. Heures de silence : de 22h00 à 7h00 / Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

2. Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans les locaux / Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

3. Le locataire s'engage à utiliser les espaces communs en respectant les droits des autres pour des espaces propres et ordonnés / The tenant agrees to use the common areas while respecting the rights of others, keeping the spaces clean and tidy.

4. Le locataire s'engage à utiliser les sacs poubelle fournis et à jeter les déchets dans les conteneurs placés à l'entrée de la rue / The tenant agrees to use the provided garbage bags and dispose of waste in the containers located at the entrance of the street.

5. En quittant la chambre, le locataire fermera la fenêtre, videra le réfrigérateur, fermera la porte à clé et placera la clé dans le coffre-fort Upon leaving the room, the tenant will close the window, empty the refrigerator, lock the door, and place the key in the safe.
